Divisions

Junior Division

The Junior division is a beginning to intermediate level group age 6–12.  In addition to fundamentals of technique and practice, students at this level work on sight-singing/ear training, rhythmic understanding and stability, as well as musical knowledge and comprehension.

All students have multiple the opportunities to perform while at Stringendo.  Each week consists of one student recital and a final concert Friday evening at 5:00 p.m.

Senior Division

The Senior division is an advanced level group age 13-24.  In addition to fundamentals of technique and practice, students at this level work on their listening skills, critical thinking skills musical phrasing and understanding as well as more advanced technique and repertoire.

All students have multiple the opportunities to perform while at Stringendo.  Each week consists of two student recitals and a final concert Friday evening at 5:00 p.m.
